WheelsTV Joins Forces With Edmunds.com
Aim to Deliver World's Most Comprehensive Automotive Video and Data Service
ACTON, MA, Nov. 15, 2004 - WheelsTV® (www.WheelsTV.net), the first television network devoted exclusively to the world's fascination with cars, trucks and motorcycles, has formed an alliance with Edmunds.com, the premier resource for automotive information.
Under terms of the alliance, Edmunds.com will provide its branded data, such as True Market Value Pricing®, Incentives and Rebates and True Cost to OwnSM to WheelsTV. Edmunds.com's automotive experts will appear on WheelsTV sharing consumer tips, reporting on breaking news, and appearing in series and specials. Discussions are underway for programs based on Edmunds.com features: 10 Steps to Buying a New Car, Confessions of a Car Salesman, Road Tests, Defensive Driving for Teenagers and Edmunds.com Used Car Best Bets.
In return, WheelsTV will provide Edmunds.com with a national television presence and branded video content for its website.
WheelsTV is slated to launch in 2005. Its premier Video on Demand (VOD) service will profile the top 200 autos, light trucks, SUVs, motorcycles and limited production exotic cars.
